A new billing system goes into effect April 4, 2018. For some, this transition will be seamless. But, for those who pay their water bill using online banking, you will need to take action as your water account number will be changing. For those who pay their bill through their bank's online payment system, you will need to update your account number on your bank's payment site. For those who use the District's online bill pay system, you will need to re-enroll using your new account number. You can find your new account number on your April or May 2018 water bill. If you are currently enrolled in autopay through the District's online payment system, a separate notification has been sent to you asking that you re-enroll in the recurring payment program using your new account number after April 9, 2018. If you have questions, please give us a call at 916-791-0115. We apologize for the inconvenience.
