San Juan and SSWD led a project with five other neighboring water agencies to evaluate a range of options to improve operations, which included everything from joint purchasing programs to complete merger of some or all of the agencies. Three reports were prepared by Raftelis, the management consultant that supported the project, which included Activity 1 Current Environment, Activity 2 Benchmarking and Activity 3 Business Case Evaluations.
San Juan Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, San Juan Water District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
